    "Homebrewers from across Arkansas entered more than 100 beers in the contest, with each entry consisting of three 12-ounce bottles. Judges have eliminated half the contestants; the rest will vie for recognition during taste-testing Saturday at the fair's Arts & Crafts Building. Tasters from three Little Rock microbreweries _ Boscos, Diamond Bear Brewing Company and Vino's Brewpub _ will then decide who wins the "Best of Show" awards.     Is homebrewing legal in Logan ... Though the Utah Legislature revised state law to allow homebrewing last May, Logan city code limits alcohol manufacturing to brew restaurants, and it s conceivable that Chris (who asked to be identified by his first name only), could be manufacturing alcoholic beverages without a license ...
